Sessions are every hour from 10am and each session is upto 2 hours. Subject to Availability,  Last Session of the Day will be 1 hour.

Adult to child supervision ratio = 1 Adult for 3 Age 4-5 year olds.

Participants must arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled start time for the safety briefing, participants arriving after the briefing has started may not be allowed to climb.

The Leap of Faith and Vertical Drop Slide are subject to availability and limited to 1 go per participant, these elements are not a guaranteed part of any session.

For exclusive use of the climbing arena bookings of 22 climbers are required.

Participants must be at least 4 years old with a minimum height of 100cm (130cm for the Leap of Faith) and subject to harness size fitting suitability.

Participants for Clip ‘n Climb are required to complete a Consent Form before using the facility.

Party bookings must be for a minimum of 12 people.

Socks must be worn at all times, socks are available to purchase at reception for £2.50 a pair.

All children have to be under parental/guardian supervision at all times (supervisor must be aged 18 or over). We are not responsible for the entry/exit of any child going into/out of the soft play area – this remains the responsibility of the supervising parent/guardian at all times.

A session time limit of up to 1 hour 20 minutes will apply in busy periods, and a timed banding system will be in place for all sessions. It is compulsory for all visitors to wear the coloured band prior to entry into soft play, and removal of the band will result in being asked to leave the session.

We are unable to offer refunds for any reason.

Childminder Rate (Term Time Only) Our Childminder Offers are available Monday to Friday from 9.30 am until 16.00 pm. £3.75 per child, minimum 3 children, 1 Adult Guest free.
