High Ropes Activity Details

• Participants must be at least 10 years old.
• Participants must be at least 140cm tall.
• Participants must weigh less than 120kg.
• Adults must supervise children aged 10-12 years.
• One adult (18+) can supervise 2 children aged 10-12 and must participate in the activity.
Please note that due to the restrictions of our harnesses, persons weighing less than this amount may not be able to participate if the harness does not property fit.
Pre-booking is advisable to avoid disappointment.
Participants must arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled start time, to complete our Risk Acknowledgement and Disclaimer, receive a session wristband, and be ready to attend the compulsory safety briefing when it starts. Participants arriving after the briefing has started may not be allowed to access the courses.
A safety briefing will be provided beforehand. All participants MUST attend the safety briefing before they access the course, on every visit.
The duration of a session, including briefing, is approximately 1.5 to 2 hours and subject to availability.
A High Ropes session time limit is up to 2 hours and any remaining time after finishing the High Ropes Adventure Course in less than 2 hours can be enjoyed in the Adventure Nets, up to the 2 hour time limit. A wrist banding system will be in place for all sessions. It is compulsory for all participants to wear the coloured band prior to entry into the High Ropes area. The removal of the band will result in being asked to leave the High Ropes course.
The parent/guardian remains responsible for the welfare of their child(ren) at all times and must decide what level of supervision by the parent/guardian the child(ren) needs in the High Ropes course, in light of age, confidence, and ability.

Any physical activity carries an inherent risk of bumps, bruises, scrapes, and minor injuries. By participating or allowing the children in your care to participate you acknowledge and accept this risk.
Do not participate when pregnant or after recent surgery. People with health concerns and existing injuries are advised not to participate.
No smoking of any form.
Customers are not allowed to bring their own food and drink. Food and drinks are available to purchase. Chewing gum must be disposed of before participating.
Long hair must be tied back and glasses must be secure.
Closed-toe, flat, secure fitting footwear such as trainers must be worn. Shoes with heels, flip-flops, loose or open-toe shoes are not permitted.
All jewellery must be removed and pockets emptied before taking part. Mobile phones must not be taken on to the course.
Appropriate loose-fitting, flexible, comfortable clothing should be worn.
The consumption of alcohol before adventure nets is prohibited.
Personal possessions are left at your own risk. Out of Bounds is not responsible for the customer’s property.
We are unable to offer a refund or change the date and/or time on any booking unless we receive a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.
Outdoor activities take place in all weather conditions. Cancellations or moved bookings cannot be accepted due to weather conditions.
No refunds or compensation will be payable by Out of Bounds if any participant is not permitted to, or decides not to, undertake, or complete the activities.
Should Out of Bounds, for reasons beyond their control (including high winds, lightning storms, and icy conditions), feel it is necessary to close the activity once your party have already commenced participation, you will be offered alternative times or dates to book, in such circumstances, you will not be entitled to a refund, in part or full.
The High Ropes area may need to be temporarily closed at short notice under exceptional circumstances or maintenance reasons. All bookings will be contacted and moved to a new date. Refunds will not be given in this situation.
Participants for High Ropes are required to complete a Consent Form before using the facility.
