General Terms & Conditions

Cancellations

  • We are unable to offer a refund on any booking or move a booking unless we receive a minimum of 48 hours notice.

Food and Drink

  • Only food and drink bought at Out of Bounds may be consumed on the premises. But play is thirsty work and water bottles are permissible.
  • No food or drink is allowed on the bowling lanes, in the climbing arena or within the soft play structure.

Off Peak rates

  • Any advertised off peak rates do not apply on Bank and Public holidays and during State and Private school holidays, which are all deemed to be peak times.

Customers Personal Belongings

  • Customers are responsible for the care and safe keeping of all their personal possessions. Out of Bounds will not be held liable for any loss, theft or damage of customers possessions.  Lockers are provided for the safe keeping of personal belongings.

Clip ‘n Climb

  • Pre-booking is advisable to avoid disappointment.
  • Participants must arrive at least 35 minutes before their scheduled start time for the safety briefing. Participants arriving after the briefing has started may not be allowed to climb.
  • Duration of climbing will be approximately 55 minutes.
  • The Leap of Faith and Vertical Drop Slide are subject to availability.
  • For exclusive use of the climbing arena bookings of 22 climbers are required.
  • Participants must be at least 4 years old and have a minimum height of 100cm (130cm for the Leap of Faith) and subject to harness size fitting suitability.
  • Trainers must be worn for climbing.
  • The consumption of alcohol before climbing is strictly prohibited.
  • All jewellery must be removed and pockets emptied before climbing.
  • The last climb will normally be at 20:00 (19:00 on Sunday and Monday) but this is subject to demand.

Clip ‘n Climb Consent Form

  • Participants for Clip ‘n Climb are required to complete a Consent Form before using the facility. There is one form for each group and each participant must sign the form to confirm that they accept responsibility to abide by the safety requirements while they are in the Clip ‘n Climb arena. If the participant is under 18 then their parent or guardian will be required to complete the form before the child can take part in the activity. The Consent Form will usually be completed on your arrival at Out of Bounds, but if you are the organiser of a full group, you might find it more convenient to download the form here Consent Form, arrange for it to be completed in advance and bring it along on the day. Please remember that we require a Consent Form for each session.

Soft Play

  • Our soft play sessions allow play for children up to 12 years of age.
  • Parents/guardians must be aged 18 or over and must supervise children at all times whilst using our facility. Parents/guardians are responsible for explaining the rules of play to children and should monitor them closely.
  • All children have to be under parental/guardian supervision and at least one supervising adult (£1 entry fee per adult) must remain within the Soft Play area. We are not responsible for the entry/exit of any child going into/out of the soft play area – this remains the full sole responsibility of the supervising parent/guardian at all times.
  • Parents/guardians must ensure children are dressed suitably to use the facilities.  We recommend that children wear long trousers and sleeves to minimise the risk of burn, clothes tucked in and jewellery, watches and sharp objects removed. Socks must be worn at all times, this is inclusive of all adults assisting their child within the facility. Socks are available to purchase from reception.
  • We encourage parents and accompanying adults to play and supervise their children when using the equipment where it is safe to do so. All adults must use reasonable care to avoid damage to equipment or injury to themselves or others.
  • Balls and objects must not be thrown. Children must not be allowed to climb on the netted walls, the system structure or up the slides and in front of the slide exits.
  • Children who are unwell must not be brought into the facilities and if anyone becomes unwell whilst at our facility we kindly ask that they leave to avoid risk of infection.
  • Age restrictions do vary in the structure, these are in place for the safety and enjoyment of all children. Please ensure your children play in the correct area.
  • A time limit of 1.5 hours to 2 hours will apply in busy periods, when a banding system will be in place. The full 2 hour sessions will start on the hour and half hour.
  • We do not offer refunds for any reason.
  • Customers are not allowed to bring their own food and drink. Food and drink are available to purchase. But play is thirsty work and water bottles are permissible.

Laser Tag

  • Open Laser sessions must be pre-booked, and are suitable for ages 5 years to adult.   Age restrictions apply to these sessions, please check the minimum and maximum age limit prior to booking.
  • For parties and group bookings a minimum of 12 participants is required. Maximum group size is 30 persons.
  • Sessions comprise of a 15 minute briefing and approximately 45 minute play.
  • Socks must be worn at all times.
  • Open Laser Sessions take place regularly. Dates are advertised on this website and on Facebook, or call to enquire and book.

Ten-pin bowling

  • Pre-booking is advisable to avoid disappointment.
  • Slow bowling can happen, please be patient with our reception team if your start time is delayed.
  • If slow bowling takes place, you will be asked to speed up your play.
  • The last game will normally be at 20:00 (19:00 on Sunday and Monday) but this is subject to demand.
  • House bowling shoes must be worn.
  • Socks must be worn and can be purchased from reception.

FootGolf

  • Pre-booking is advisable to avoid disappointment.
  • Only available between 13:00 and 16:30, last tee time is 16:20
  • Trainers or astro-turf shoes, no football boots
  • £5.00 deposit for footballs – any damage or loss of ball will result in the loss of the deposit.
  • Outdoor activities will be played in all weather conditions, cancellations cannot be accepted due to weather conditions.

Adventure Golf

  • All Visitors and Guests must pay before playing.
  • All players must have a putter and a ball, no sharing is allowed.
  • Players must not play with more than one ball each.

Promotions & Events Terms & Conditions

After School “Fun ‘n’ Food” Offer

  • At time of payment you must quote “Fun and Food Offer” to claim.
  • Applicable to under 16s only and under 13s for soft play.
  • Bowling, Soft play and Adventure Golf valid only during term time Mon to Thurs between 3-5:30pm.
  • A £1 entry fee is required for the adult to enter the Soft Play area.
  • Footgolf valid until 4.30pm only during term time Monday to Thursday.
  • Clip ‘n Climb valid for the 4pm session for 55 minutes. Includes on floor safety brief. (Excluding Leap of Faith and Dropside)
  • Food options are a burger, fish fingers or margarita pizza all served with chips. No alternative food can be provided with this offer other than a vegan option.
  • To order the food, redemption of the till receipt displaying offer payment is applicable.  Food cannot be provided without the offer receipt and offer is only valid for date of receipt.

10% Discount Voucher

  • Voucher must be surrendered upon redemption
  • Voucher is only applicable on walk in bookings.
  • This voucher does not apply to parties or group bookings.

Night Owl Bowling Offer

  • Offer valid for 2 games of bowling per person for £8
  • You can add a drink to the offer for only £2 extra. Excludes draught beer.
  • Applicable to all ages.
  • Valid Monday-Sunday anytime after 6pm.

Pre-School Climb & Soft Play

  • Payment includes one Clip ‘n Climb session, one Soft Play entry for the child & one Soft Play entry for a guest.
  • There is no need to turn up 30 minutes prior to your climb, the safety briefing takes place within the session.
  • Child must be under the age of 5 & it must be the same child doing both activities.
  • Adult supervision is required at all times throughout the session and parents/guardians are required to assist with clipping their child/children. We cannot allow more than 2 children per one assisting adult.
  • We advise that every toddler has to have a parent clipper with them on a 1:1 ratio, you can be a clipper to 2 children, but no more.
  • Spaces are limited on a first come first serve basis.
  • Adult/Guardian must be able to sign the consent form for their child.
  • This offer may be withdrawn without prior warning at any time.
  • Week day sessions do not take place during school holidays.
  • This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer or discount.

Day Ticket Terms & Conditions

  • Purchase of a Day Ticket includes one Clip ’n Climb session, one game of Bowling, one Soft Play entry, one game of Footgolf and one game of Adventure Golf on the same day for a single participant
  • Wristbands must be worn by the person participating in all activities
  • Each individual will be issued with a wristband upon arrival. It is the responsibility of the owner to keep it safe. If removed or lost the day ticket is no longer valid.
  • Day Tickets cannot be transferred to another day.
  • Day Tickets are valid per person and are non-transferable between other visitors.
  • Footgolf is only available between 13:00-16:30
  • Upon arrival at reception please book your game of Bowling and Clip ’n Climb session to secure your activity times. Failure to do so may result in the inability to take part in these activities.
  • Activities are not interchangeable (For example you can’t swap a game of bowling for two rounds of Adventure Golf).
  • We are unable to offer a refund on any Day Tickets unless we receive a minimum of 48 hours notice.
  • Day Tickets may be withdrawn without prior warning at any time.Activities are subject to availability on the day.

Additional Needs Exclusive Sessions Terms & Conditions

  • All general Terms & Conditions apply.
  • Standard Soft Play Conditions apply (Up to the age of 12).
  • A disabled identification card or other official paperwork will be required on the night.
  • The Soft Play area arena will both be closed off exclusively for the events.
  • These events are ticket only, there may be availability for walk in bookings on the night, but this is subject to availability. The maximum age for our Soft Play event is 12 years (siblings, parents & carers of all ages are also welcome).
  • Age restrictions apply for both Laser Tag Sessions, the 18:00 is for 5-13 years and the 19:00 is for 14+.
  • FREE Adult price does not include a Laser Tag Session, just watching and assisting if needs be.
  • Adult supervision is required at all times throughout all sessions.
  • Free entry for Parents & Carers during our all sessions is limited to one per participant with special needs and/or disabilities and any extras will be charged £1 per person.
  • We recommend a 1 child to 1 parent/carer ratio.

NHS, Services & Military Discount

  • NHS or valid Services (Police, Fire, Ambulance) photocard Identification must be provided at the time of booking.

  • Not applicable to Soft Play.

Party Terms & Conditions

Minimum Numbers


  • The minimum number of participants for a weekday party is 10.
  • The minimum number of participants for a weekend party is 12.
  • Laser Tag parties are an exception and must require 12 participants.

Payments 


  • Full payment for the party is taken at the time of booking. You have the opportunity to increase your booking numbers up to 14 days before your booking date as long as you have not reached your maximum room/area/activity capacity, after this time you will not be able to add any extras. Full payment for all extras will be taken upon notification to Out of Bounds. We strongly advise giving us as much advance warning as possible for additional numbers, particularly for Clip ‘N Climb & Laser Tag, as sessions have a maximum number and availability is open to public bookings unless you have booked exclusive use of the arena.
  • Out of Bounds reserves the right to withdraw any promotion or discounts for party bookings.
  • Promotional or free play vouchers cannot be used against any party booking.
  • Please note that your party is not confirmed until full payment for your party minimum has been received. 
• Please consider, when confirming your party numbers, we are unable to offer any form of refund once your full payment has been processed.
  • All payments and any communication relating to party/group bookings can only be taken by our 
dedicated bookings line/office on 01903 788588, option 1, email [email protected] Group bookings cannot be dealt with by the reception staff at Out of Bounds.

Cancellations 


  • Cancelling your party and not re-scheduling the party date would mean your deposit or any monies becomes non-refundable.
  • If you wish to re-schedule your party without incurring an administration charge, we require at least 21 days’ notice. In the event that this notice is not provided, Out of Bounds reserves the right to charge an administration fee of £30.00 for re-scheduling.
  • Rescheduled parties will need to take place within 4 weeks from cancellation date.

Catering 


  • All enquiries relating to catering must be directly addressed to the caterers at Out of Bounds.

Party Parent Responsibilities 


  • It is advised that the party parent and guests arrive 10 minutes prior to the party start time to meet the party host. For Clip ‘n Climb parties, you must arrive 45 minutes prior to the party start time.
  • Late comers will not be given additional activity time.
  • The party parent and adult guests are fully responsible for all party children at all times.
  • It is extremely important that the party parent provides the party host with the exact numbers in their party on arrival.
  • Parent guests bringing siblings that are not part of the party will be charged at our standard prices on the day. The party parents can choose to either be charged for extra adults/siblings on the day or ask the reception team to charge the parents on entry.
  • It is the party parent’s responsibility to inform the caterers of the chosen menu on arrival. Please inform the caterers if you require a vegetarian/vegan menu or have specialist dietary requirements in advance of your party.
  • The party parent should ensure that all children are dressed appropriately. Use of soft play and bowling will be refused if no socks are worn, or incorrect footwear is worn for climbing. It is advisable to bring spare socks on the day however socks can be purchased from reception.
  • Spray foam, poppers, streamers and piñatas are not permitted. Customers will be charged an additional sum of £20.00 for cleaning if this is disregarded or the facility is left in an untidy state.
  • Decorations are permitted on the walls of the party room, however customers will be charged a minimum sum of £50.00 for any damage incurred.
  • The party parent may provide a birthday cake and candles (only normal candles permitted). We will provide a cake slice and safety matches.
  • Food may not be brought into the centre by the party parent or friends except a birthday cake. All food items and beverage must be purchased from the caterers.
  • The party parent must ensure that all party children are collected by their parent/guardian at the end of the party time.
  • The party parent must ensure that the location for food is fully vacated at the end of the allocated party time. This time can not extend or over run as there will be new parties following
  • Parents (18 years +) can purchase alcohol at our premises. We do not allow parents to supply their own alcohol and alcohol is not permitted within the soft play area or the climbing arena.
  • Out of Bounds is not responsible for personal belongings and will not be held liable for any lost, damaged or stolen items. Lockers are provided.


Party Host Responsibilities 


  • The Party Host will interact with the children when possible, making sure they have a fantastic time.
  • The Party Host will provide a good level of service to both party parents and children. The Party Host’s primary focus will be the children .
  • The Party Host is unable to wait for late party guests as this will disrupt the party schedule.
  • The Party Host will help to serve food to the children in the party room/area.

Party Information

  • Helium balloons can be used at Out of Bounds. If you wish to supply your own special helium balloons, please ensure they are already inflated and are taken home with you.
  • We are happy for you to supply your own party theme to use on the party tables and in the party room.
  • Management reserve the right to change the party room or area allocated at the time of booking without any prior notice.
  • We will endeavour, but cannot guarantee, to inform you of any non-availability of any options, equipment or facility prior to your party.
  • Birthday child’s gift (medal & certificate for bowling and FootGolf) is strictly limited to the birthday child.

Party Feedback and Complaints 


  • We would be grateful if you could complete a party questionnaire at the end of your party with comments. We may also call you to confirm the feedback you have given.
  • If you have any problems during your party, it is important that you speak to the Manager immediately to enable swift resolution.
  • In the unlikely event that the problem cannot be resolved at the time, please email full details of your grievance to [email protected]t-of-bounds.co.uk where your complaint will be thoroughly investigated following our internal procedures.

Soft Play Information

  • Minimum of 12 guests (minimum of 10 guests for parties booked Monday-Friday during term time), 12 years and under.
  • It is not exclusive use of the soft play structure.
  • Party duration – 2 hours. 1 hour 15 minutes of play within the soft play structure and the last 45 minutes for party food.
  • 6 free adult soft play wristband entries (all other adults entering the soft play area will be charged the standard £1 adult entry fee).
  • Re-entry into the soft play structure after a party requires full payment.
  • Socks must be worn by all children and adults entering the structure at all times, entry will be refused without socks. Please note Socks can be purchased at reception.
  • A party host is provided for the duration of the party. (This does not apply to weekday term-time parties).

Clip ‘n Climb Information

  • Minimum of 12 guests (minimum of 10 guests for parties booked Monday-Friday during term time). Ages 4 and above with a minimum height of 100cm.
  • From 9:30 am to close, 7 days a week.
  • It is not exclusive use of the climbing arena unless booking a minimum of 22 guests.
  • Climbing duration is 1 hour 30 minutes which includes a safety briefing. Safety briefings start on the half hour and must begin punctually for the climbing session to start on time. We cannot delay the start of safety briefings for late comers and climbers cannot climb without a safety briefing.
  • Arrive 15 minutes prior to your briefing time.
  • General public are able to join party climbing sessions at any time if the session has not been fully booked by the party.
  • After booking the minimum number of guests additions can only be accepted if there is still availability within the session.
  • Appropriate footwear and clothing must be worn. Climbing will be refused for loose or open toed footwear.
  • Climbing is not permitted for any participant with injuries such as fractures, sprains etc.
  • A host will be provided for the duration of food service either before or after the clip ‘N climb session

Bowling Information

  • Minimum of 12 guests (minimum of 10 guests for parties booked Monday-Friday during term time). Ages 4 years and above.
  • From 9:30am to close, 7 days a week.
  • A host will meet and greet on arrival and set up the lanes ready to start bowling (this excludes weekday term-time parties). The host will be available at any point whilst bowling, however will not remain permanently with the group whilst bowling takes place.
  • The host will assist for the duration of food service.
  • Socks must be worn at all times and bowling is not allowed without socks. Socks can be purchased from reception.
  • Bowling shoes must be worn at all times and anyone not bowling but assisting others must also wear bowling shoes.
  • Bowling shoes provided by Out of Bounds must be worn.
  • Bowling shoe covers are available from reception if there is the need to exit the building whilst wearing bowling shoes.
  • Abuse of equipment will not be tolerated.
  • Under no circumstances should food or drink be taken onto the wooden approach area on the bowling lanes.

Laser Information

  • Minimum of 12 up to a maximum of 30 guests. Ages 5-18 years.
  • The session is not exclusive unless a minimum of 24 guests is booked.
  • Sessions start at 6pm, 7pm and 8pm and are 1 hour in duration, comprising of a safety briefing and 3 games of laser play, 7 days a week. Play takes place within the soft play structure.
  • A party host will meet and greet on arrival and remain with the party for the duration.
  • Entry into the soft play area is only permitted at the start of the laser session and not prior to this. Exit from the soft play area immediately the laser session ends.
  • Commencement of a laser session cannot be delayed and must start promptly on the hour and finish promptly. A delayed start will result in loss of laser play.
  • Socks must be worn at all times, and play will not be allowed without socks. Socks can be purchased from reception.

FootGolf Information

  • Minimum of 12 guests (minimum of 10 guests for parties booked Monday-Friday during term time). Ages 6 years and above.
  • Strictly no football boots are allowed, closed toe shoes such as trainers and astro turf shoes are permitted.
  • Available from 1pm to 4:30pm, 7 days a week.
  • Footballs are available for the party however you are permitted to bring your own .
  • A party host will meet and greet on arrival and remain with the party for the duration (this excludes weekday term-time parties).
  • FootGolf is an outdoor activity and will be played in all weather conditions, cancellations cannot be accepted due to weather conditions.
  • Abuse of equipment will not be tolerated.

Adventure Golf Information

  • Minimum of 12 guests (minimum of 10 guests for parties booked Monday-Friday during term time). Ages 4 years and above.
  • Available from 10am to dusk, 7 days a week.
  • A party host will meet and greet on arrival and remain with the party for the duration (this excludes weekday term-time parties).
  • Adventure Golf is an outdoor activity and will be played in all weather conditions, cancellations cannot be accepted due to weather conditions.
  • Abuse of equipment will not be tolerated.

Lighting, Music & Effects

  • Please be aware loud music, reduced lighting level, flashing lights and haze are used throughout the centre. We must be made aware of any customers who may be effected by any of this (e.g customers with epilepsy) prior to any booking and attending Out of Bounds.

Responsibility for all party guests is that of the party parent and other party parent guests at all times and not that of the party host or Out of Bounds.

Group Terms & Conditions

Minimum Number

• The minimum number for an group booking is 15.

Payments

  • At least 50% payment is required at the time of booking to secure your event date. Once payment has been processed, you have agreed to the Out of Bounds Group Guidelines, Terms and Conditions and Use of Facilities.
  • You have the opportunity to increase your booking numbers up to 1 month before your booking date as long as you have not reached your maximum room/area/activity capacity. Full payment for all extras will be taken at this time. We strongly advise giving us as much advance warning as possible for additional numbers, particularly for Clip ‘n Climb and bowling.
  • Out of Bounds reserves the right to withdraw any promotion or discounts for group bookings.
  • Promotional or free play vouchers cannot be used against any group booking.
  • Please note that your group is not confirmed until a 50% deposit of the total booking number has been received, unless your event is taking place within 6 weeks, when full payment is required.
  • Please consider that when confirming your numbers we are unable to offer any form of refund or reduce booking numbers once your deposit has been processed.
  • All payments and any communication relating to group bookings can only be taken by our dedicated bookings line/office on 01903-788588, option 1, email [email protected] or by calling in. Group bookings cannot be dealt with by the reception staff at Out of Bounds.
  • All bookings of £100 or less require full payment at time of booking.
  • If your event is taking place within 6 weeks of you booking, we require full payment at time of booking.
  • Group numbers cannot be reduced once confirmed and deposit has been taken.

Cancellations

  • Cancelling your event and not re-scheduling the event will result in all monies becoming non-refundable.
  • 
If you wish to re-schedule your event without incurring an administration charge, we require at least 21 days notice. In the event that this notice is not provided, Out of Bounds reserves the right to charge an administration fee of £50.00 for re-scheduling.

Unexpected Group Guests

  • A minimum of a 1 month notice is required for any additional guests and is subject to availability at that time.
• Out of Bounds reserves the right to refuse extra guests if the session is already at full capacity, we may refuse this either at time of arrival or in advance.

Group Booker Responsibilities

  • Please ensure that everyone arrives at least 10 minutes prior to the event. Late comers will not be given additional activity time.
  • It is extremely important that the group booker provides the Out of Bounds Manager with the exact numbers in their group on arrival.
  • All additional unpaid guests that are part of the group will be charged on arrival.
  • Please inform Out of Bounds and the caterers if you require a vegetarian/vegan menu or have specialist dietary requirements in advance of your event.
  • The group booker should ensure that all guests are dressed appropriately. Socks must be worn for Laser and Bowling and closed toe shoes for Climbing. Socks can be purchased from reception.
  • The group booker is fully responsible for all guests at all times.
  • Food and Drink cannot be brought into the centre by any of the group. All food items and beverages must be purchased from our on site cafe/restaurant.
  • Adults (18 years +) can purchase alcohol at our premises. We do not allow guests to supply their own alcohol and alcohol is not permitted within the Laser or climbing areas.
  • Out of Bounds is not responsible for personal belongings and will not be held liable for any lost, damaged or stolen items. Lockers are provided.

Event Feedback


  • We would be grateful if you could complete an event feedback form at the end of your event.
  • If you have any problems during your event, please speak to the Manager immediately in order to ensure a swift resolution.
  • In the unlikely event that the problem cannot be resolved at the time, please email full details of your grievance to [email protected] bounds.co.uk where your complaint will be thoroughly investigated following our internal procedures.

Soft Play Information

  • Suitable for ages 12 years and under.
  • It is not exclusive use of the soft play structure.
  • Event duration – 2 hours. 1 hour 15 minutes of play within the soft play structure and the last 45 minutes for food.
  • Re-entry into the soft play structure after an event requires full payment.
  • Socks must be worn by all children and adults entering the structure at all times, entry will be refused without socks. Socks can be purchased at reception.

Clip ’N Climb Information

  • Suitable for ages 4 years and above with a minimum height of 100cm.
  • From 10am to close, 7 days a week.
  • It is not exclusive use of the climbing arena unless booking a minimum of 22 guests.
  • Climbing session is 1 hour 30 minutes. Safety briefings start on the half hour and must begin punctually for the climbing session to start on time. We cannot delay the start of safety briefings for late comers and climbers cannot climb without a safety briefing.
  • Arrive 15 minutes prior to your safety briefing time. Every climber must complete a consent form prior to climbing. An adult must sign for all climbers under 18 years old.
  • After booking the minimum number of guests (15), additions can only be accepted if there is still availability within the session.
  • Appropriate footwear and clothing must be worn. Climbing will be refused for loose or open toed footwear or unsuitable clothing.
  • Climbing is not permitted for any participant with injuries such as fractures, sprains etc.

Bowling information

  • From 9.30am to close, 7 days a week.
  • A Team Member will meet and greet you on arrival and set up the lanes ready to start bowling. They will be available at any point whilst bowling, however will not remain permanently with the group whilst bowling takes place.
  • Socks must be worn at all times and bowling is not allowed without socks. Socks can be purchased from reception.
  • Bowling shoes must be worn at all times and anyone not bowling but assisting others must also wear bowling shoes.
  • Bowling shoe covers are available from reception if there is the need to exit the building whilst wearing bowling shoes.
  • Abuse of equipment will not be tolerated.
  • Under no circumstances should food or drink be taken onto the wooden approach area on the bowling lanes.

Laser Information

  • Minimum of 15 up to a maximum of 30 guests. Suitable for ages 5 and above.
  • Sessions start at 6pm, 7pm and 8pm daily and are 1 hour in duration, comprising of a safety briefing and 3 games of laser tag, 7 days a week. Play takes place within the soft play structure. The session is not exclusive unless a minimum of 24 guests is booked.
  • Entry into the Laser Tag area is only permitted at the start of the laser session. Please exit from the area immediately the laser session ends.
  • Commencement of a laser session cannot be delayed and must start promptly on the hour and finish promptly. A delayed start will result in loss of laser play.
  • Socks must be worn at all times, and play will not be allowed without socks. Socks can be purchased from reception.

FootGolf Information

  • Minimum of 15 guests.
  • Available from 1pm to 4:30pm, 7 days a week.
  • Strictly no football boots are allowed, trainers and astro turf shoes are the recommended footwear.
  • Footballs are available for hire for a £5 returnable deposit on return of football. However, you are permitted to bring your own footballs.
  • FootGolf is an outdoor activity and will be played in all weather conditions, cancellations and refunds cannot be accepted due to weather conditions.
  • Abuse of equipment will not be tolerated.

Adventure Golf Information

  • Minimum of 15 guests.
  • From 10am to dusk, 7 days a week.
  • Adventure Golf is an outdoor activity and will be played in all weather conditions, cancellations cannot be accepted due to weather conditions.
  • Abuse of equipment will not be tolerated.

Lighting, Music & Effects

  • Please be aware loud music, reduced lighting levels, flashing lights and haze are used throughout the centre. We must be made aware in advance of any customers who may be effected by these conditions prior to any booking and attending Out of Bounds.

Please be aware that responsibility for all guests is that of the group booker at all times.
