Opening Times and Prices

Our Soft Play area is open from 9:30am seven days a week. The last session available is at 4:00pm and the Soft Play area closes at 5:30pm. We also offer special term time only discounts.

What are your opening hours?

From 9:30am to 5:30pm.

Is there parking available?

Yes, we have ample free parking available for our guests.

Can we bring our own food and drinks?

We have a café on-site that offers a variety of snacks, meals, and beverages. Please visit our Terms and Conditions for more information.

What age group is your soft play suitable for?

Our soft play area is designed for children aged 0-12 years. We have separate zones for toddlers (0-3 years) and older children (4-12 years) to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all.

Do I need to book in advance?

While walk-ins are welcome, we highly recommend booking in advance, especially during weekends and school holidays, to ensure availability.

What should my child wear?

We recommend comfortable clothing and socks for all children. Shoes are not allowed in the play area, but socks must be worn at all times. If you do not have socks on you, we sell them at reception.

Is the Soft Play safe for younger children?

At Out of Bounds, safety is our top priority. Our Soft Play area is designed with soft, cushioned materials, and is regularly cleaned and maintained to ensure a safe and hygienic play environment. Our friendly and attentive staff are always on hand to supervise and assist, giving you peace of mind while your children play.

Are there any special offers available for soft play?

Yes, there is an After School Fun ‘n’ Food offer that includes a selection of activities and a kids’ meal for £9.95.

Or enjoy a whole day of activities including Adventure Golf with the £34 Day Ticket.

We also offer a 10% discount for NHS, SEND, and DLA. Please note that proof is required to avail of this discount. To book with this discount, please call us or visit in person.
