Minimum Numbers

• The minimum number of participants for a weekday party is 10.
• The minimum number of participants for a weekend party is 12.
• Laser Tag parties are an exception and must require 12 participants.
• Capacity for adult numbers in a party room is subject to party size and room space. The party rooms can’t always accommodate for all parents as well.

Payments
• Full payment for the party is taken at the time of booking. You have the opportunity to increase your booking numbers up to 14 days before your booking date as long as you have not reached your maximum room/area/activity capacity, after this time you will not be able to add any extras. Full payment for all extras will be taken upon notification to Out of Bounds. We strongly advise giving us as much advance warning as possible for additional numbers, particularly for Clip ‘n Climb and Laser Tag, as sessions have a maximum number and availability is open to public bookings unless you have booked exclusive use of the arena.
• Out of Bounds reserves the right to withdraw any promotion or discounts for party bookings.
• Promotional or free play vouchers cannot be used against any party booking.
• Please note that your party is not confirmed until full payment for your party minimum has been received. 
 • Please consider, when confirming your party numbers, we are unable to offer any form of refund once your full payment has been processed.
• All payments and any communication relating to party/group bookings can only be taken by our
dedicated bookings line/office on 01903 788588, option 1, email info@out-of-bounds.co.uk. Group bookings cannot be dealt with by the reception staff at Out of Bounds.
Cancellations
• Cancelling your party and not re-scheduling the party date would mean your deposit or any monies becomes non-refundable.
• If you wish to re-schedule your party without incurring an administration charge, we require at least 21 days’ notice. In the event that this notice is not provided, Out of Bounds reserves the right to charge an administration fee of £30.00 for re-scheduling.
• Rescheduled parties will need to take place within 4 weeks from cancellation date.
Catering
• All enquiries relating to catering must be directly addressed to the caterers at Out of Bounds. Out of Bounds will not be held liable for any aspect of the catering.
Party Parent Responsibilities
• It is advised that the party parent and guests arrive 10 minutes prior to the party start time to meet the party host.
• Late comers will not be given additional activity time.
• The party parent and adult guests are fully responsible for all party children at all times.
• It is extremely important that the party parent provides the party host with the exact numbers in their party on arrival.
• Parent guests bringing siblings that are not part of the party will be charged at our standard prices on the day. The party parents can choose to either be charged for extra adults/siblings on the day or ask the reception team to charge the parents on entry.
• It is the party parent’s responsibility to inform the caterers of the chosen menu on arrival. Please inform the caterers if you require a vegetarian/vegan menu or have specialist dietary requirements in advance of your party.
• The party parent should ensure that all children are dressed appropriately. Use of soft play and bowling will be refused if no socks are worn, or incorrect footwear is worn for climbing. It is advisable to bring spare socks on the day however socks can be purchased from reception.
• Spray foam, poppers, streamers and piñatas are not permitted. Customers will be charged an additional sum of £20.00 for cleaning if this is disregarded or the facility is left in an untidy state.
• Decorations are permitted on the walls of the party room, however customers will be charged a minimum sum of £50.00 for any damage incurred.
• The party parent may provide a birthday cake and candles (only normal candles permitted). We will provide a cake slice and safety matches.
• Food may not be brought into the centre by the party parent or friends except a birthday cake. All food items and beverage must be purchased from the caterers.
• The party parent must ensure that all party children are collected by their parent/guardian at the end of the party time.
• The party parent must ensure that the location for food is fully vacated at the end of the allocated party time. This time can not extend or over run as there will be new parties following
• Parents (18 years +) can purchase alcohol at our premises. We do not allow parents to supply their own alcohol and alcohol is not permitted within the soft play area or the climbing arena.
• Out of Bounds is not responsible for personal belongings and will not be held liable for any lost, damaged or stolen items. Lockers are provided.

Party Host Responsibilities
• The Party Host will interact with the children when possible, making sure they have a fantastic time.
• The Party Host will provide a good level of service to both party parents and children. The Party Host’s primary focus will be the children
• The Party Host is unable to wait for late party guests as this will disrupt the party schedule
• The Party Host will help to serve food to the children in the party room/area
Party Information
• Helium balloons can be used at Out of Bounds. If you wish to supply your own special helium balloons, please ensure they are already inflated and are taken home with you.
• We are happy for you to supply your own party theme to use on the party tables and in the party room.
• Management reserve the right to change the party room or area allocated at the time of booking without any prior notice.
• We will endeavour, but cannot guarantee, to inform you of any non-availability of any options, equipment or facility prior to your party.
• Birthday child’s gift (medal and certificate for bowling) is strictly limited to the birthday child.

Party Feedback and Complaints
• We would be grateful if you could complete a party questionnaire at the end of your party with comments. We may also call you to confirm the feedback you have given.
• If you have any problems during your party, it is important that you speak to the Manager immediately to enable swift resolution.
• In the unlikely event that the problem cannot be resolved at the time, please email full details of your grievance to info@out-of-bounds.co.uk where your complaint will be thoroughly investigated following our internal procedures.

Soft Play Information
• Minimum of 12 guests (minimum of 10 guests for parties booked Monday-Friday during term time), 12 years and under.
• It is not exclusive use of the soft play structure.
• Party duration – 2 hours. 1 hour 15 minutes of play within the soft play structure and the last 45 minutes for party food.
• 6 free adult soft play wristband entries (all other adults entering the soft play area will be charged the standard £1 adult entry fee).
• Re-entry into the soft play structure after a party requires full payment.
• Socks must be worn by all children and adults entering the structure at all times, entry will be refused without socks. Please note Socks can be purchased at reception.
• A party host is provided for the duration of the party. (This does not apply to weekday term-time parties).
Clip ‘n Climb Information
• Minimum of 12 guests (minimum of 10 guests for parties booked Monday-Friday during term time). Ages 4 and above with a minimum height of 100cm.
• From 9:30 am to close, 7 days a week,
• It is not exclusive use of the climbing arena unless booking a minimum of 22 guests.
• Climbing duration is 1 hour 30 minutes which includes a safety briefing. Safety briefings start on the half hour and must begin punctually for the climbing session to start on time. We cannot delay the start of safety briefings for late comers and climbers cannot climb without a safety briefing.
• Arrive 15 minutes prior to your briefing time.
• General public are able to join party climbing sessions at any time if the session has not been fully booked by the party.
• After booking the minimum number of guests additions can only be accepted if there is still availability within the session.
• Appropriate footwear and clothing must be worn. Climbing will be refused for loose or open toed footwear. • Climbing is not permitted for any participant with injuries such as fractures, sprains etc.
• A host will be provided for the duration of food service either before or after the clip ‘N climb session

Bowling Information
• Minimum of 12 guests (minimum of 10 guests for parties booked Monday-Friday during term time). Ages 4 years and above.
• From 9:30am to close, 7 days a week.
• A host will meet and greet on arrival and set up the lanes ready to start bowling (this excludes weekday term-time parties). The host will be available at any point whilst bowling, however will not remain permanently with the group whilst bowling takes place.
• The host will assist for the duration of food service.
• Socks must be worn at all times and bowling is not allowed without socks. Socks can be purchased from reception.
• Bowling shoes must be worn at all times and anyone not bowling but assisting others must also wear bowling shoes.
• Bowling shoes provided by Out of Bounds must be worn.
• Bowling shoe covers are available from reception if there is the need to exit the building whilst wearing bowling shoes.
• Abuse of equipment will not be tolerated.
• Under no circumstances should food or drink be taken onto the wooden approach area on the bowling lanes.
Laser Information
• Minimum of 12 up to a maximum of 30 guests. Ages 5-18 years.
• The session is not exclusive unless a minimum of 24 guests is booked.
• Sessions start at 6pm, 7pm and 8pm and are 1 hour in duration, comprising of a safety briefing and 3 games of laser play, 7 days a week. Play takes place within the soft play structure.
• A party host will meet and greet on arrival and remain with the party for the duration.
• Entry into the soft play area is only permitted at the start of the laser session and not prior to this. Exit from the soft play area immediately the laser session ends.
• Commencement of a laser session cannot be delayed and must start promptly on the hour and finish promptly. A delayed start will result in loss of laser play.
• Socks must be worn at all times, and play will not be allowed without socks. Socks can be purchased from reception.

Lighting, Music and Effects
• Please be aware loud music, reduced lighting level, flashing lights and haze are used throughout the centre. We must be made aware of any customers who may be effected by any of this (e.g customers with epilepsy) prior to any booking and attending Out of Bounds.
Responsibility for all party guests is that of the party parent and other party parent guests at all times and not that of the party host or Out of Bounds.
