09:30 - 18:00World Mental Health Day 2026 is a chance to pause, check in with ourselves and think about the small things we can do to support our wellbeing.
Looking after your mental health doesn’t have to mean making huge changes. Sometimes, it can be as simple as getting active, spending time with people you love, trying something new or giving yourself permission to have some fun.
At Out of Bounds, we believe that getting together, getting active and making memories can all be part of a positive day out. So, this World Mental Health Day, we’re sharing 10 ways to feel good at Out of Bounds.
Moving your body can be a great way to break up your day and get some energy flowing.
Whether you’re climbing at Clip ’n Climb, bowling with friends, tackling Adventure Golf or taking on the High Ropes, there are plenty of ways to get active at Out of Bounds.
You don’t need to be the fastest, strongest or most competitive. Just getting involved and having a go is something worth celebrating.
There’s something refreshing about stepping outside, getting some fresh air and changing your surroundings.
Spending time outdoors can be a simple way to take a break from your usual routine. Combine some outdoor adventure with time away from your everyday environment and make space for a little fun.
We’re surrounded by screens every day, so sometimes it’s nice to put the phone away and focus on what’s happening right in front of you.
Challenge your family to a game of bowling, battle it out on Adventure Golf or see who can reach the top of Clip ’n Climb first.
No scrolling. No notifications. Just real-life fun, laughter and memories.
Trying something that feels a little outside your comfort zone can be incredibly rewarding.
Maybe you’re taking on a new climbing challenge, tackling the High Ropes or simply trying an activity you’ve never experienced before.
You might surprise yourself with what you can do.
And remember, a challenge doesn’t have to be about being the best. Sometimes, simply having a go is the biggest achievement.
Spending time with other people and feeling connected can be an important part of looking after our wellbeing.
Bring your friends along for an activity, enjoy some friendly competition or make new memories together.
Whether you’re celebrating a strike, cheering someone on at Clip ’n Climb or laughing over a missed golf shot, shared experiences give us plenty to talk and smile about.
When was the last time you had a really good laugh?
From competitive games and unexpected moments to watching your friends attempt something challenging, there are plenty of opportunities for laughter at Out of Bounds.
So don’t take everything too seriously. Have fun, be silly and enjoy the moments that make you laugh until your cheeks hurt.
Doing something different can be a great way to break out of your usual routine.
Have you tried Clip ’n Climb? Played Adventure Golf? Taken on the High Ropes? Or challenged your friends to a game of Laser Tag?
Trying something new gives you something to look forward to and can create a sense of achievement when you’ve completed something for the first time.
You never know — you might even discover your new favourite activity.
Taking time to stop, refuel and enjoy a meal together is another important part of a great day out.
Whether you’re grabbing a bite after an activity or sitting down with family and friends, food gives you another opportunity to slow down, chat and enjoy each other’s company.
At Out of Bounds, refresh, relax and recharge before getting back to the fun.
Life can get busy. Between school, work, activities and everyday commitments, finding time to simply be together can sometimes be difficult.
A family day out gives everyone a chance to put the distractions aside and spend some quality time together.
You don’t need a special reason to make memories. Sometimes, the best family moments are the spontaneous ones — a little friendly competition, a shared laugh or celebrating someone who has just conquered a challenge.
Not every achievement needs to be a huge one.
Maybe you reached the top of a climbing wall. Maybe you tried something you were nervous about. Maybe you beat your personal best at bowling. Or perhaps you simply managed to get everyone out of the house for a fun day together.
Celebrate it.
Taking time to recognise the little things we achieve can help us appreciate our progress and enjoy the moment.
This World Mental Health Day, why not make some time for movement, laughter, connection and fun?
Whether you’re visiting with friends, bringing the family along or trying something completely new, Out of Bounds has plenty of ways to get involved and create positive memories together.
Because sometimes, looking after yourself can start with something simple:
Get out. Get active. Have fun. Connect. And celebrate the little wins. 💚
